Returns Policy
- S and K Online (Pty) Ltd is a business in the retail industry which markets sneakers and streetwear.

Returns and or exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of order creation.
No returns or exchanges on SALE ITEMS, UNDERWEAR, SOCKS AND HEADWEAR - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.
- In the event of a return due to a customer fault, such as the ordering of the incorrect size,the customer will be fully liable for all return shipping fees incurred. Shipping fees for collection within South Africa is R100, re delivery will be a further R100 (in total R200).
- In the event of a return due to a S and K Online (Pty) Ltd fault, S and K Online (Pty) Ltd will cover return shipping fees incurred.
- Exchanges can be made in-store but if you are returning the item and you would like a refund, the refund would have to be processed the same way payment was made for the item/s.
- S and K Online (Pty) Ltd does not accept returns or exchanges on international orders

Refund Policy
- Refunds for cancelled orders will attract an administrative fee of R100.00
- Refunds will be processed the same way the purchase was made
- There are no refunds on international transactions
- Refunds can take up to 10 (ten) working days to clear into your account
International Shipping
- There is no free shipping for international orders
- Specific shipping costs for your country will be displayed to you upon checkout
- Additional customs or import duties might be charged once the parcel reaches your country.
- Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country
- S and K Online (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for incorrect delivery details being given
- No exchanges or returns on international orders
Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
